| Usually, for SAPO-34, at 400oC with the WHSV of around 0.5 to1 h-1, the catalyst life is more than 5 hours. For HZSM-5, it does depend on the Si/Al ratio and, obviously, low Al content is beneficial for the catalyst life. Low Si/Al HZSM-5 is indeed MTG catalyst. It is generally agreed that HZSM-5 has stronger acidity than SAPO-34, so deactivation is more severe under the same conditions. |

| What do you mean? You want to know the reaction stability at the fixed bed reactor in lab or the recycled catalyst life at the fludized reactor in industry? Usually, it is dependent on your catalyst type, preparation method, pretreatment condition, reaction temperature, feed rate etc., it varies from hours to days. |
