OL提交修改稿求助已有1人参与

各位大神，小弟关于OL提交修改稿有一些不懂，还请各位大神指点迷津，就是提高修改稿时，是将之前的稿件删除，然后提高带修改痕迹的稿件，还是不仅要提高带修改痕迹的稿件，而且提交修改过的不带修改痕迹的稿件，或者是不需要删除之前的原稿，直接提交带修改痕迹的稿件? 因为收到审稿人的邮件和REVISION REQUEST的附件，其中很一些地方不明白，审稿人的邮件是这么回复的：Please include a detailed letter with your revision, itemizing the changes you have made in the manuscript. Also, please submit a version of the revision (manuscript and Supporting Information files as necessary) with changes marked, using the Paragon file designation “other files for editors only”. To revise your manuscript, log into ACS Paragon Plus at https://acs.manuscriptcentral.com/acs and select "My Authoring Activity". There you will find your manuscript title listed under "Revisions Requested by Editorial Office." Your original files are available to you when you upload your revised manuscript. If you are replacing files, please remove the old version of the file from the manuscript before uploading the new file. 但是REVISION REQUEST的附件是这么说的：Please include another versionof your manuscript and Supporting Information, indicating/hi-lighting the changes made at revision – these files are to be separate from the actual manuscript and Supporting Information files. NOTE: one way to accomplish this is to use the 'track changes' facility of your word processor (in Word, this is found in the 'Tools' menu). Include these versions of the manuscript and Supporting Information as files designated for 'Editors Only.' Indicate in the cover letter that the 'changes' versions have been submitted. |
