摘要
Cultivation of new farmers is a major long-term strategic task for China. Farmers education structure at the present stage is faulty; educational content and methods ought to be improved; and there exist loopholes in farmer educational management system. Thus, it is necessary to improve the teaching system and cultivate farmers scientifically; implement flexible educational ways with education quality as the core; standardize new farmers cultivating system, and create a favorable external environment.
