Therefore, synthesis of intermediate and final products in the synthesis process was studied as well as operating conditions of purification experiment. Meanwhile, the reaction process was tested by means of thin layer chromatography and infrared spectrum. |

By adding less benzene sulfonic acid into the sulfolane solvent system with the presence of the intermediate product(dichloro pyridazinone) and excessive amounts of urea, a weak acid system can be formed. Then through constantly refilling additional urea drops into such weak acid system,and keep reaction for 4-5h at 160¡æ-160¡æ, we can eventually obtain the end product chloridazon, which was then analyzed by thin-layer chromatography for testing the reaction thoroughness, and the result show that this reaction was of high throughness by 90.8% yield percentage of end product. After recrystalize purifying process, the refined recovery rate reached 54.4%, meeting our expected value. Finally the purity of the end product was tested by infrared spectrum detection with a result of relatively pure. This experiment is of great guiding significance to large-scale industrial synthesis. |
