1.以纤维素基三维有序凝胶的化学功能性、多孔性和大孔径、微结构可调控性以及酶的催化氧化活性为基础，构建绿色、安全、高效的纤维素基三维有序凝胶固定化酶的生物修复体系，用于水体中有机污染物的催化降解。 The bioremediation system of cellulose based three-dimensionally ordered gel immobilized enzyme with green, safe and efficient was established based on the chemical functional properties, porosity and large aperture, regulatable microstructure of cellulose based three-dimensionally ordered gel and catalytic oxidation activity of enzyme, which was uesd to catalyze and degrade the organic pollutants in water. |
