(2) Temperature variation is partly reversible in the first loading-unloading cycle and totally reversible in the following cycles. (3) Temperature rise upon drawing dependents on deformation rates, and the higher the extension rate is, the greater the temperature rise is. The thermal effects can reflect the change of molecular aggregation structure, and so it is obvious that besides conformation change, there is also special molecular structure change.
