LC-MS/MS表征是否某真菌产生了果胶酶，所需要测的数据都包括哪些? 已有2人参与

本人准研一小硕一枚，导师让我做验证一个真菌是否产果胶酶的LC-MS/MS 的实验，不知道LC-MS/MS 表征这一结果的数据都包括什么，具体思路是什么，求前辈们指教！ 具体情况是投的文章收到了修改的要求，如下文。 Reviewer #4: The authors revised the manuscript carefully accoring to the reviewers, and the quality of this version was greatly improved. However, as pointed out before that the authors should utilize a proteomic approach to verify their findings, only this result could conform the puried band is the polygalacturonase secreted by A.fumigatus M67.Regrettably, they never show this result. The manuscript can not be accepted except providing the LC-MS/MS data of this band. 不胜感激！ |
