In this thesis, the preparation and characterization of ultrafine hair powder were studied. Waste hair, which has high-quality natural protein fiber, was used as a raw material. Waste hair was treated with mechanical ultra pulverization processing, to obtain ultrafine hair powder without damaging the proteins. The power was added to cellulose to make a composite spinning solution and spun into regenerated cellulose fiber. To ensure the integrity of the molecular structure of natural protein was well preserved, CJM-SC-B01 high-energy nano impact mill and mixer mill, MM400 Retsch were used to mill waste hair. Degummed and degreased hair was treated with a compound force field consisted of impacting, extrusion and strong shear forces, through a series of different grades of milling processes, that finally produced ultrafine powders with an average particle size ≤50 um. By thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscope analysis, the wetability (lz: 回潮率是润湿性吗?) of the resulted ultrafine hair powder was higher and is suitable for the preparation of blend solution, so as to obtain the regenerated cellulose fiber. |
