【高分子】超微粉体技术方面的 请帮忙翻译一下论文摘要

本论文主要研究了毛发超微粉体的制备与表征。实验是以优质的天然蛋白质纤维（废弃的毛发）为原料，在不破坏有用蛋白的前提下进行机械的超粉碎处理，把废弃的毛发进行加工处理得到毛发的微粉，再将其加入到纤维中进行改性，制成纺丝原液进而纺丝得到再生纤维。实验为了保证天然蛋白质分子结构的完整性，利用CJM-SC-B01高能纳米冲击磨机和混合型碾磨仪Retsch MM400等仪器处理废弃毛发，使经过脱胶脱脂处理的毛发在一个由撞击力、挤压力以及强剪切力组成的复合力场的作用下，通过一系列的工艺流程得到不同等级的粉碎，最终得到平均粒径小于等于50μm的超微粉末。通过热重分析和扫描电镜分析，得到毛发超微粉体的回潮率较高，且适合用于共混液的制备，从而得到再生纤维素纤维。 谢谢各路大神了 |

| In this thesis, the preparation and characterization of ultrafine hair powder were studied. Waste hair, which has high-quality natural protein fiber, was used as a raw material. Waste hair was treated with mechanical ultra pulverization processing, to obtain ultrafine hair powder without damaging the proteins. The power was added to cellulose to make a composite spinning solution and spun into regenerated cellulose fiber. To ensure the integrity of the molecular structure of natural protein was well preserved, CJM-SC-B01 high-energy nano impact mill and mixer mill, MM400 Retsch were used to mill waste hair. Degummed and degreased hair was treated with a compound force field consisted of impacting, extrusion and strong shear forces, through a series of different grades of milling processes, that finally produced ultrafine powders with an average particle size ≤50 um. By thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscope analysis, the wetability (lz: 回潮率是润湿性吗?) of the resulted ultrafine hair powder was higher and is suitable for the preparation of blend solution, so as to obtain the regenerated cellulose fiber. |
