| 我现在做脂肽的分离纯化，就是从发酵液中分离提纯脂肽，用的是超滤纯化。碰到一个奇怪的现象，最后得到的浓缩液很粘稠，静止一会后就成了果冻状的！这到底是怎么回事？ |
