请高手帮忙校对 色泽同新鲜海带外观颜色相近的为优，变化较大的为差；表面致密、无开裂的为优，表面疏松、有缝隙的为差；基本保持原有形状的为优，严重畸变的为差。 热风干燥的海带色泽发暗、表面有裂纹，变形较大，所以表面质量综合评价差；而电场干燥的海带色泽接近本色；表面较平整；变形较小；无裂纹表面质量综合评价良好。 The preferred quality of dried kelp is inherent color, with tightness no-cracking surface and least distortion. The inferior quality of dried kelp is deep color with loose cracking surface and serious distortion. Oven-dried kelp is drab. At the same time, it was also found that kelp undergoing HVEF was more glossy than oven samples. Similarly, kelp undergoing HVEF was lower distortion than that of dried by oven.
