[求助] 【高分子】树脂结合剂方向的 求大神帮忙翻译一下摘要 后期可追加金币 谢谢大神了

1 摘要:
      树脂结合剂金刚石磨具,因其磨削效率高、自锐性好、生产周期短等诸多优点,在现代工业生产中被广泛利用。环氧树脂是一种高性能工程树脂,性能优异,毒性小等优点,使其成为除了酚醛树脂外,研究应用最为广泛的一种超硬磨具用结合剂。而在应用环氧树脂作为超硬磨具结合剂的时候,往往用聚酰胺树脂作为其固化剂。本文采用环氧树脂与聚酰胺树脂的共混固化体系,来制备树脂结合剂金刚石磨具。原材料经压力成型、烘箱高温固化、常温固化等步骤制得试条。实验对环氧树脂聚酰胺树脂固化体系中环氧树脂与聚酰胺树脂的比例进行调整,并同时用金刚石和碳化硅(SiC)分别作为磨料,进行分组对比试验,从而在不同配比的固化体系和磨料的磨具中找出硬度最高,对碳化硅砂轮磨削率最好的试条,得出性能最好的磨具的固化体系区间。

Abstracts:
Resin bonded diamond tool has been widely used in  the modern industry production due to its lots advantages such as high grinding efficiency, good self-sharpening and short production cycle.
As  a high-performance engineering plastic with excellent properties and low toxicity, epoxy resin was most widely used as superhard abrasive binder( in addition to phenolic resin) in research and application with  polyamide resin commonly used as curing agent.
The blends of  epoxy resin and polyamide resin was used to prepare resin bonded diamond tool. The raw materials were followed by the steps of pressure molding,  oven high temperature setting and room temperature curing to obtain test strip. The ratio of  epoxy resin and polyamide resin in curing system was adjusted, followed by using diamond and silicon carbide (SiC)respectively as  abrasive to conduct grouping contrast test to find out the test strip that with the highest hardness and the best grinding rate to SiC grinding wheel from different ratio of curing system and abrasives, and final to reach the best curing system range of grinding apparatus.
