[求助] 求大神帮忙翻译一个摘要,急急急!!!!!!!!

在前期研究的基础上,采用水合肼还原二氧化硒一步合成粒度分布均匀且荧光量子产率高的水溶性CdSe 量子点。在此基础上,以合成的CdSe 量子点为荧光物构建量子点“开关”。由于茜素红能使量子点的荧光有效猝灭及茜素红能接受氨基氮原子上的孤对电子形成n-п络合物,因此,在CdSe量子点-茜素红荧光猝灭体系中加入含氨基的阿米卡星,量子点的荧光得以恢复,据此建立一种荧光恢复测定阿米卡星含量的新方法;双硫腙结合到量子点表面后通过荧光共振能量转移使量子点荧光猝灭,汞离子与双硫腙分子之间又存在强烈的配位作用,因此,在双硫腙修饰的CdSe量子点溶液中加入汞离子后,双硫腙分子因与汞离子的配位作用而脱离量子点表面,结果量子点的荧光得以恢复,据此建立一种荧光恢复测汞的新方法。本课题的研究对拓展CdSe量子点的应用具有重要意义,也为阿米卡星和汞离子的测定提供一种新方法。

Based on previous studies, a water-soluble CdSe quantum dots with narrow particle size distribution and high fluorescence quantum yield were synthesized by a one-step reduction method from selenium oxide and hydrazine hydrate. On the basis of this result, the quantum dots of CdSs were synthesized and used as the fluorescence source to construct a quantum dot-base molecular switch. The alizarin red can effectively quench the fluorescence of quantum dots, and the fact that alizarin red can accept the lone pair electrons on the amino nitrogen to form a n- pai coordination complex, therefore, adding an amino-containing Amikacin to the CdSe quantum dot-alizarin red fluorescence quenching system can restore the fluorescence from quantum dots. Based this we establishes a new fluorescence recovery method for the quantitative measurement of Amikacin; Dithizone  binds to the surface of quantum dots, it can also cause quenching of fluorescence from quantum dots through fluorescence resonance energy transfer.  There is a strong coordination between mercury ion and dithizone, and therefore, with the addition of mercury ions to dithizone-modified CdSe quantum dots,  the dithizone was stripped from the surface of quantum dots, which resulted in the restoration of the fluorescence from quantum dots. Based this, another new fluorescence recovery method for the measurement of Hg2+ was established. The research of this thesis provided a significant advancement for the application of CdSe quantum dots, and it also provides new methods for the determination of Amikacin and mercury ion.
