[求助] 生物论文汉译英 小麦遗传多样性

本研究通过调查60份小麦品系的9个农艺性状,研究小麦产量性状的主要构成因素和遗传规律,并通过变异分析和聚类分析对小麦品种的遗传多样性进行分析,以为更好的选配杂交组合和提高育种成效提供理论与实际指导。本研究发现,参试品种在不育小穗数方面具有较大的变异潜力,穗数、株高和千粒重等性状变异幅度居中,在小穗数和穗粒数性状上变异幅度很小。尽管有些性状的变异可能并不符合目前生产的要求,但其所具有的基因资源可能是特定育种目标的基础,这样才能为亲本选择提供更大的空间。

The main factors and genetic rules of wheat yield traits were studied through the investigation of 9 agronomic traits in 60 wheat strains, furthermore, the genetic diversity of wheat varieties were also analysized by variation analysis and cluster analysis to provide theoretical and practical guidance for matching hybrid combinations and improving the efficiency of breeding.The results showed that testing varieties in sterile spikelet had larger variation potential, ear number per spike, plant height and the character of variability were in the middle, and in the grain number spikelet number and panicle traits the variation range were small.Though variation of some characters may not accord with the requirement of the current production, the genetic resources which possessed may be the basis of particular breeding goal,  so as to provide more space for parent selection.
