After checking, we have noticed that your manuscript fits more in the
journal of Advances in Operations Research. We have raised the issue
to Dr. Yi-Kuei Lin and he has confirmed that the manuscript should be
transferred to the journal of Advances in Operations Research.
这是什么情况？查了一下，这期刊没任何检索，如果不同意在这个期刊上发表，就要被退稿了吗？
