(1) This new process, which combined the advantages of enzyme catalysis process and whole-cell catalyst process, could save enzyme dosage and avoid the inactivation of enzyme caused by methyl alcohol.

(2) The yield of methyl ester reached reached the maximum 78.4%, under the conditions of water-oil ratio 0.75:1, enzyme dosage 2% and temperature 40℃.
