中文大意如下： 考察了DEA和TEA的添加量对DHT手性拆分的影响。结果显示，在0．1％TEA存在下，有利于两个对映体的分离，其分离度达到3.26.结果见表2。DEA对DHT拆分效果影响不大。TEA的添加量对分离的影响较复杂，其不仅对分离度有影响，而且对峰面积、峰高也有影响，在DHT的拆分中，发现随着三乙胺含量的增大，峰面积和峰高逐渐降低，但是分离度并未明显增加.所以最终选择0.1%TEA。 非常感谢！  |

| The effect of the amount of DEA and TEA added on the chiral resolution of DHT was investigated. The results showed that the presence of 0.1% TEA was beneficial to the separation of the two enantiomers, and the resolution of 3.26 for the enantiomers was achieved. The results were shown in Table 2. DEA had little effect on the DHT resolution. TEA showed a complex pattern on the separation, it affected not only the resolution, but also the peak area and peak height as well. During the experiment, it was found that as the TEA concentration was increased, the peak area and peak height gradually reduced, with no apparent improvement for the resolution. So the finally 0.1%TEA was chosen. |
