The main contents include: the process and clean room preparation area, the material balance sheet for API, exipients and empty capsules, selected models for all equipment, floor plan (or layout) for the facility, design specifications and waste treatment facilities. 胶囊剂的制备主要包括制粒、干燥、整粒、填充、抛光、包装等工序。物料衡算根据设计任务年产量逆推。The capsule manufacturing process includes granulation, drying, refining of the granules, filling, polishing, packaging etc. steps.
