做的有关酶固定化方向课题，最近投稿后审稿人的问题我不太懂，希望大神帮忙！！！ 已有1人参与

1. The authors could consider other parameters for studying the affinity of the enzyme for the substrate. They did the comparation with the free enzyme and immobilized enzyme for one substrate. The Michaeliana Kinetic is valid specially when the comparation is between different enzymes in front of one substrate. 本人的课题属于交叉学科的，对酶这方面不是特别的熟，我之前看的文献里表达酶和底物的affinity的用的都是米氏常数啊，审稿人让我考虑用其他Parameters来研究酶和底物的亲和力，我都不知道还有什么，请大神指点一下~ -The biocatalyst immobilized can present diffusion effects. Then, the authors did not prove that the km value is really different on the figure 3. -Catalytic efficiency decreased after the immobilization process but the km value must be done for each biocatalyst. 剩下的这两条我不太明白审稿人的意思，求指点啊求指点！！！ |
