题目:酶催化诱导制备碳纳米材料
摘要:本实验以石墨为原料,采用改良的Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯(GO),通过控制辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)和过氧化氢(H2O2)的用量和反应时间还原制备出石墨烯,并实现纳米可控。
Title: Enzyme Catalyzed Preparation (Production, or Modification, 选一个) of Carbon Nanomaterials
Abstruct: In this study graphite was used as a raw material to prepare graphene oxide (go) by a modified Hummers method, followed by reduction using optimal amounts  horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and reaction time to prepared graphene in a controllable manner (或 fashion) at a nanosclae.
利用傅立叶红外色谱仪和扫描电子显微镜分别对其结构和形貌进行表征,采用电化学工作站三电极系统对所制备的石墨烯用循环伏安法进行电化学性能测定,并根据电化学响应选择修饰电极在PBS缓冲溶液中反应的最佳时间。 We characterized the graphene  using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy for the structure and morphology, respectively, assessed  the electrochemical properties by cyclic voltammetry, using a tri-electrode electrochemical workstation system,  and selected the optimum reaction time according to the electrochemical response of the modified electrode in PBS buffer solution.
结果表明:800μL的10mg/mL GO溶液加入80μL 5mg/mL的HRP,再加入200μL的10-3mol/L过氧化氢(H2O2)、反应10d得到的石墨烯形貌最佳。
The results showed that when 800ul of  10mg/mL L GO solution was added with 80 ul of  5mg/mL HRP, followed by  200 ul of 10-3mol/L H2O2 and  reacted for 10 days, the graphene with best morphology was obtained.
电化学性能测定中反应25min,电位在0.98V呈现出Au的氧化峰,而其它时间的循环伏安曲线无显著的氧化峰出现,说明反应25min时,生成的纳米金粒子量最多。
The determination of electrochemical properties  using a 25min reaction time,  the  electric potential at 0.98V showed an oxidative peak of Au, while cyclic voltammograms conducted on other time points showed no significant oxidative peak, indicating that when the reaction time was carried out for 25 minutes, the most  nano gold particles were produced.
