In order to investigate the response mechanismthe of stomatal characters on the light intensity and CO2 concentration and the correlation with Rubisco enzyme activity, the effects of different strains under the treatment of light intensity and CO2 concentration on photosynthetic characteristics and Rubisco enzyme activity were studied with indica japonica hybrids (F13) blade strains with high, medium and low porosity density as the test materials.

Of the progenies of rice subspecies cross strains (F13),  different strains have different densities ranging from high level, medium level, and low level. In this paper, the various strains was studied as the tested materials in terms of its the photosynthetic characteristics and Rubisco enzymatic activity under the treatment of light intensity and CO2 concentration, so as to reveal the response mechanism of stomatal characters upon light intensity and CO2 concentration, and the correlation between the stomatal characters and Rubisco enzymatic activity.
