In this paper, the various strains was studied as the tested materials in terms of its the photosynthetic characteristics and Rubisco enzymatic activity under the treatment of light intensity and CO2 concentration, so as to reveal the response mechanism of stomatal characters upon light intensity and CO2 concentration, and the correlation between the stomatal characters and Rubisco enzymatic activity. |
