For obtaining natural product with biological activity, the chemical components of Hypericum henryi were investigated. 2 compounds were obtained based on the separation and purification of liposoluble substances by using column chromatography and recrystallization, compound 1 was identified as ¦Â-sitosterol through 1H NMR, while compound 2 was preliminarily identified as 3, 3 ¡¯, 4 ¡¯, 5-4 hydroxy flavone. ¹Ø¼ü´Ê£ºÃ¢ÖÖ»¨£»Ö¬Èܲ¿·Ö£»»¯Ñ§³É·Ö£»çÞ´¼£»»ÆÍª key words : Hypericum henryi ; liposoluble substances; chemical components;sterol; flavone |
