芒种花脂溶部分的化学成分 摘要：芒种花(Hypericum henryi)是藤黄科（Guttiferae）金丝桃属 （Hypericum Linn）植物。为进一步对金丝桃属植物的开发和利用提供科学依据，获得具有生物活性的天然产物，对芒种花的化学成分进行研究， 利用柱色谱、重结晶等方法对其脂溶部位化学成分进行分离提纯，得到2个化合物，通过1H NMR等方法鉴定化合物1为β-谷甾醇（β-sitosterol），化合物2初步鉴定为3, 3 ’, 4 ’5- 四羟基黄酮（3, 3 ’, 4 ’, 5-4 hydroxy flavone）。 关键词：芒种花；脂溶部分；化学成分；甾醇；黄酮 |

芒种花脂溶部分的化学成分 The chemical components of Hypericum henryi liposoluble substances 摘要：芒种花(Hypericum henryi)是藤黄科（Guttiferae）金丝桃属 （Hypericum Linn）植物。为进一步对金丝桃属植物的开发和利用提供科学依据，获得具有生物活性的天然产物，对芒种花的化学成分进行研究， 利用柱色谱、重结晶等方法对其脂溶部位化学成分进行分离提纯，得到2个化合物，通过1H NMR等方法鉴定化合物1为β-谷甾醇（β-sitosterol），化合物2初步鉴定为3, 3 ’, 4 ’5- 四羟基黄酮（3, 3 ’, 4 ’, 5-4 hydroxy flavone）。 abstract: Hypericum henryi, a plant of Guttiferae Hypericum Linn, has provided scientific foundations for the further development and utilization of Hypericum Linn plant. For obtaining natural product with biological activity, the chemical components of Hypericum henryi were investigated. 2 compounds were obtained based on the separation and purification of liposoluble substances by using column chromatography and recrystallization, compound 1 was identified as β-sitosterol through 1H NMR, while compound 2 was preliminarily identified as 3, 3 ’, 4 ’, 5-4 hydroxy flavone. 关键词：芒种花；脂溶部分；化学成分；甾醇；黄酮 key words : Hypericum henryi ; liposoluble substances; chemical components;sterol; flavone |
