[½»Á÷] Problem of sleepless

I cann't sleep in the daytime or at night for almost two weeks. I know I have lived a stressful life these days and now I need to relax myself. Recently, I try any possible ways to comfort myself, but until now it doesn't effectively work. I miss those old days when I could sleep well in any conditions (even if there is thunder and lightening). I wish I can recover as soon as possible. I'll be all right.

Blessing. Learn to vent out the suffering in an appropriate manner so as to reduce psychological pressure. For example, I like loudly singing when I feel unhappy, then I feel refreshed and brighten up again. When I failed to sleep, sometimes dringking red wine, haha, you can drink a cup of hot milk. Not sleep a person is it not a blessing. Hope you better.
