基于组织行为学的体育教学要素构成与程序控制

摘要:通过文献资料研究以及专家访谈、逻辑分析和总结归纳,结合组织行为理论和教学实践,依据体育课程的基本流程,对场地器材、时间及其教与学双边主体的有效组织与控制管理等构成要素进行分析,力图实现教学资源合理配置,达成教学设计目标,确保学生积极地参与任务、专注学习,进而获得技能提高和体育习惯的养成。

Abstract:
通过文献资料研究以及专家访谈、逻辑分析和总结归纳,结合组织行为理论和教学实践,依据体育课程的基本流程,对场地器材、时间及其教与学双边主体的有效组织与控制管理等构成要素进行分析,力图实现教学资源合理配置,达成教学设计目标,确保学生积极地参与任务、专注学习,进而获得技能提高和体育习惯的养成。
For  achieving the reasonable allocate resources of education and  the design of teaching goal and  making the students engage in the tasks and studies actively to  obtain an improvement of their skills and  develop a good  athletics habit,
the field equipment, teaching time and constituent elements of  effective organizational  and  control management on  both sides of the teaching and learning were  analyzed based on the  the basic process of physical education curriculum through reviewing literature material , interviewing experts, logic analysis and summarizing combined with organizational behavior theory and teaching practice.

The composition and program control of physical teaching elements based on organizational behavior

Abstract: Through literature review, expert interviews, logical analysis, and inductive summary, combined with organizational behavior theory and teaching practice, the venues and equipment, time and the component elements such as effective organization and control management of both the teaching and learning sides are analyzed according to the basic process of physical education curriculum in order to achieve the rational allocation of teaching resources and goals of the instructional design, and to make sure that the students are actively involved in the tasks and concentrate on their studies, thereby obtain an improvement of their skills and develop a habit of sporting.
