我不是学量化计算的，最近投稿碰到一个问题，就是编辑让我加点计算，所以上来求。编辑原文： Since the main point of the discussion is planarity of the molecules, it should be proved by independent method that planar conformation corresponds to the minimal energy (otherwise, one can say that planarity in the crystal state is a consequence of packing effects or so). That is why it is necessary to calculate the potential of internal rotation around N3-N4 and N4-C12 with quantum chemical methods (for example, DFT) and to prove that planar conformation is the optimal one for compound (I) and non-planar - for compound (II). 化合物结构图见下图。 简单地说：就是这两个有机物，一个有硝基，整个分子为一个平面，另外一个没有硝基，分子的平面性很差，怎么能够计算说明是分子本身就有平面性呢？或者说，量化计算说明两分子的平面性哪个较好那个较差！ 问高斯计算，用什么命令？ 谢谢！急用！ [ Last edited by limingtiaan2 on 2008-7-22 at 11:21 ] |
