审稿意见求解读~~个人感觉是小修，可是现在稿件状态是reject，下面的是拒收后的审稿意见，我是改好了之后再重新投稿吗？还是直接改投别的期刊呀？求助~~~~PS：此期刊已拒搞2次：1次是文章题目格式不合格，1次是推荐审稿人要求是不同国家的人，一个月后又被拒搞，显示的就是以下意见，求高人指点呀~~~~我现在该怎么办 Reviewer #2: Comments to the Author: Manuscript: CARBPOL-S-15-01364 "Preparation and characterization of Chitosan-graft-Poly(L-lactic acid) Microparticles ". 1. The focus of this paper is that EDC/NHS was used as a coupling agent to prepare Chitosan-graft-Poly(L-lactic acid) copolymers with significantly improved performance, but its title did not exactly coincide with its main contents. Such a title as "Preparation of Chitosan-graft-Poly(L-lactic acid) Copolymers with Significantly Improved Performance by a Novel Method", may be more suitable. 2. In Page 3, Line 22, "using EDC" should be "using EDC/NHS". 3. In Page 4, Line 19, why pH=5.0 was selected. 4. In Page8, Line 12, in the title of Fig.3, Capital A, B, C should be replaced by a, b, c. 5. In Page 9, Line 13, Equation 1is not marked in the text (see Page 5, Line 15). 6. Please illustrate in detail the process to calculate the substitution degree in Table 1 by elemental analysis results. 7. The English writing of the manuscript should be carefully revised by a native English speaker. USE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE STANDARD The Journal cannot process any further a paper which is not written with a good standard of use of English language including spelling. Unfortunately your paper as indicated in the report above fails the standard, and therefore must be rejected. This is often a pity since the substance of the paper is often well worth publishing. On the other hand, some papers have been presented with poor science as well as poor use of English. Authors must avail themselves of the services of an English language usage expert to correct their paper. Authors must then, in any further submission of the paper (which will be as a new paper), include their responses to all the reviewer comments together with a confirmation that this language improvement has been done with expert help. |
