硫铁矿制酸工业中废水的处理方法及其研究 摘要：硫酸是重要的化工原料之一，硫酸的产量常被作为衡量一个国家工业发展水平的标志。在钢铁、冶金、石化、化工、军工等许多领域被广泛应用。它还是许多工业生产的重要原料， 2004 年至今我国硫酸产量已位居世界首位，2006 年中国硫酸产量达 50.43 Mt，以硫磺、硫铁矿和冶炼烟气为主的原料。改革开放以来，中国硫酸行业的产业集约化程度大幅提高，单系列硫酸装置的最大规模分别为硫铁矿制酸 400 kt/a、硫磺制酸 1000 kt/a、冶炼烟气制酸 600 kt/a，2008 年，云南、湖北、山东、贵州、江苏、安徽 6 个省产量超过 300 万吨，占全国总 产量的 57%；而我省高达 811 万吨；产磷四省（云、贵、鄂、川）的硫酸产量占全国总量 38%；但是，硫酸工业属于化工行业，因此具有化工行业的高污染性。硫酸工业排放的主要污染物包 括大气污染物和水污染物，其中大气污染物主要为二氧化硫（SO2）、水污染物主要为重金属我国硫铁矿储量大分布广,而硫磺资源则较为缺乏,因此我国生产硫酸的原料长期以来都以硫铁矿为主,硫铁矿制酸产生的渣量大,特别是含砷废水排放后严重污染环境,对周边居民的生活健康也有严重威胁。因此对硫铁矿制酸工业中废水处理技术的研究具有很大的意义。 关键词：硫酸生产、废水、硫铁矿、处理、 技术 |

Moreover, H2SO4 was also a important raw materials for many industrial production,which was widely applied in steel, metallurgy, petrochemical industry, chemical industry, military industry and many other fields. 2004 年至今我国硫酸产量已位居世界首位，2006 年中国硫酸产量达 50.43 Mt，以硫磺、硫铁矿和冶炼烟气为主的原料 The output of sulfuric acid, was major synthesized from sulphur, pyrite and metallurgical off gases, have already ranked the first in the world at 2004, and the H2SO4 output in China reached 50.43 Mt at 2006. 改革开放以来，中国硫酸行业的产业集约化程度大幅提高，单系列硫酸装置的最大规模分别为硫铁矿制酸 400 kt/a、硫磺制酸 1000 kt/a、冶炼烟气制酸 600 kt/a。 Industry intensive degree of China's sulphuric acid industry has been raised significantly since the reform and opening up.
