[求助] 肟酯衍生物的合成研究

以邻氨基苯乙酮为原料,通过重氮化反应得到邻碘苯乙酮。再将邻碘苯乙酮经过肟化反应,生成肟。然后通过偶联反应、酯化反应得到肟酯衍生物。通过对最终合成产物进行元素分析,IR,1HNMR,13CNMR等对其结构进行了表征。为进一步探究其活性做准备。肟酯衍生物作为有机合成中的重要活性中间体,在以后将会有着越来越广泛的应用。

O-iodoacetophenone was synthesized by diazotization with the starting material o-aminoacetophenone. O-iodoacetophenone was then oximated to produce oxime, followed by coupling reaction and esterification reaction to synthesize oxime ester derivatives. The structures of the final synthesized products were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1HNMR and 13CNMR in order that further exploration of their activities could be performed in the future. As important reactive intermediates of organic synthesis, oxime ester derivatives will be more and more widely used in the future.

A sduty on  synthesis of oxime ester derivatives
以邻氨基苯乙酮为原料,通过重氮化反应得到邻碘苯乙酮。再将邻碘苯乙酮经过肟化反应,生成肟.
Oxime was produced through the oximation reaction of
o-iodoacetophenone, which was  synthesized by diazotization of the raw material o-aminoacetophenone.
然后通过偶联反应、酯化反应得到肟酯衍生物.
Then,the  oxime ester derivatives were preparated base on  coupling reaction and esterification reaction.
通过对最终合成产物进行元素分析,IR,1HNMR,13CNMR等对其结构进行了表征。为进一步探究其活性做准备.
For  further exploration of its  activities, The structures of obtained  products were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1HNMR and 13CNMR.
肟酯衍生物作为有机合成中的重要活性中间体,在以后将会有着越来越广泛的应用。
The oxime ester derivatives, the  important reactive intermediates of organic synthesis, would have  more and more widely used in the future.
