Stacking gel buffer
0.5M Tris(sigma-Aldrich)
0.4g SDS (Bio-Rad)
Prepare in ~90mL water(sigma-Aldrich), adjust PH to 6.8, add water to a total of 100mL, store at 4 degree
Stacking gel
3.2mL DNase, RNase, Protease, free water(sigma-Aldrich)
0.5mL 40% acrylamide(Bio-Rad)
1.3mL of Stacking gel buffer
50ul of 10% APS(Bio-Rad)
10uL TEMED(sigma-Aldrich)
5mL total, good for 1 mini gel (Bio-Rad, 1.0/1.5mm 10/15 wells hand-casting system), for midi gel, use double all the reagent.
