" After adding some oleic acid into the culture medium, we can see that the output of 1，3-PDO generally increased with the input of oleic acid, although there was a certain fluctuation within the increasing process, therefore, under the little oxygen condition, the oleic acid can promote the output of 1，3-PDO in some degree. While adding methyl ester into the culture medium, there was no obvious change occurred to the output of 1，3-PDO, however it can be seen that the 1,3-PDO outputs after adding methyl ester were always lower than the 1,3-PDO outputs before adding adding methyl. Therefore, methyl ester was of inhibition to the 1,3-PDO output in some degree." |
