求虫友帮忙翻译一下这段话，谢谢！ “与摇瓶实验相反，批式发酵过程中使用粗甘油为培养基的1,3-PDO的产量低于使用纯甘油的1,3-PDO产量，其可能的原因是在不停流加粗甘油的过程中，粗甘油的有害杂质不断积累，造成对菌种的损害不断增加，最终影响了1,3-PDO的产量。而且不停补加粗甘油时，粗甘油中油脂类物质的不断增加也会影响发酵液的氧气传递，从而影响1,3-PDO的终产量。” |

In contrast to shake flask experiment, the output of 1,3-PDO in batch fermentation process by using crude glycerine was lower than using pure glycerin, the possible reason was that, in the process of adding crude glycerine continuously, the harmful impurities in crude glycerine were continuously cumulated,and the damage to strains was increased simultaneously, which finally affected the the output of 1,3-PDO. Meanwhile, the oxygen transfer was also affected by the increasing of lipids in crude glycerine with the constantly addition of crude glycerine, which affected the the output of 1,3-PDO in another field. |
