看一篇关于废物处置的文章，有些地方看不懂，请帮忙翻译一下，谢谢。 2. Hazardous Waste Generation 2.1 The CM/RE shall identify expected hazardous waste generation prior to project commencement and immediately notify the AM of the estimated quantity and timeframe of generation along with the type(s) of hazardous waste to be generated. 2.2 The AM shall immediately communicate, in writing, this information to the Responsible Individual for the Operating Bureau responsible for the site EPA Generator ID. 2.2.1 Where the EPA Generator ID is maintained by BEDC the AM shall communicate with the RM to determine whether the identified hazardous waste generation will change the site’s generator status.If the site’s intended hazardous waste generation will change the generator Hazardous Waste Status of the site to a large quantity generator (LQG), the CM/RE shall develop the required minimization and Contingency Plan. |

2. 有害垃圾产生 2.1 CM/RE部门须在项目开工前，评估好预计产生的有害垃圾量，并立即将预计有害垃圾量，有害垃圾产生过程的时间表，以及产生的有害垃圾的类型，一并通知AM部门。2.2 AM部门须立即以书面形式，将这一信息通知相关责任人，由相关操作部门的，在环境保护局生成ID，标记有害垃圾制造者。 2.2.1 当该环境保护局生成的ID因为BEDC一直没有消除，AM部门须联系RM部门，评估产生的有害垃圾，是否会改变该垃圾制造者的状态。如果该处故意制造有害垃圾，则该处的垃圾制造者的等级，会被调整为“大量有害垃圾制造者”，此时CM/RE部门须制定必须的垃圾最小化和应急计划。 |
