先确认你所指定的chk文件是否存在，可否用GV打开？
如果存在且能用GC打开，将其重命名，去掉里面的空格，再重新开始计算试试看。
如果不存在，找到你需要的chk文件，将其名字放进输入文件相关位置，或者重新跑一遍结构优化将其保存至chk
