| Directed evolution of Molecule doesn't acquire the factors of protein in priorty, such as structure of protein, conserved sites, catalytic mechanisms etc. But constructing a evolution condition which simulating natural evolution mechanism artificially, to make transformation of protein gene in vitvo and make directed selection to obtain the disired mutant. |

| Molecular directed evolution does not require prior knowledge of such factors as the structure, conserved sites and catalytic mechanism of the proteins. It only needs to create the evolutionary conditions, simulate natural evolutionary mechanism, in vitro modify the related genes and subsequently directionally select the genes to obtain the desired mutants. |
