[求助] Analytical Sciences 最后修改要求看不懂大家帮下忙谢谢

我的文章已经接收了，这是Analytical sciences 最后通过air mail发过来的信件, 让大修后可能排版.
RE: Final version your manuscript and a floppy disk

This letter is asking you to prepare the final version of your manuscript and to submit it together with a floppy disk also containing the manuscript.

Both Macintosh and Windows format can be accepted but any computer virus should be removed from the disk. Your name, the file on the disk as well as the word-processing package and computer used is requested to be labeled on the disk.

After amending the manuscript, finally, indicate, please, where figures and/or tables should be inserted on the right margin of the text with a pencil.

让你上交一个含有你的最终修改的文件的软盘，Macintosh and Windows 格式的都可以，但是必须确保软盘没有病毒。软盘上写上你的名字，文字处理软件包（word-processing package ）和所用的电脑（不知道是不是指操作系统呢？）
最后，要求你在文稿的右边空白处用铅笔标明图，表应该插入的地方。
