For modern shipbuilding industry, welding is a vital key technique, which not only affects the construction quality of ships in large degree, but also plays vital role in improving the production and shortening the shipbuilding period.

FCB埋弧单面焊 因其无须翻板,因而 有助于 改进 船体的 生产流程,提高生产效率。但单面焊工艺 往往会在焊缝终端 附近 的某个区域 产生裂缝,因此,如果不解决 FCB埋弧单面焊的 终端裂缝问题,将 给生产线的 正常生产 带来一定的影响。
Turning plate over is unnecessarily need while using FCB one-sided submerged arc welding, which will help to improve the work flow of ship hull production and increase the production efficiency. However, cracks often occur at some area beside the weld end when using this welding technique, as a result, if no solution is given to solve the problem of cracks occurrence, negative

effects will be upon the regular operation of production line.


由于焊接热过程 对焊接终端 裂纹的控制 和焊接质量 及生产率的提高 具有极其重要的影响,因此 掌握 其基本规律 以及在各种焊接规范下 的变化趋势 具有十分重要的意义。
Since the welding heat process is of significant effect in controlling the occurrence of cracks beside weld end, and in improving welding quality and production efficiency, therefore, a good master of basic welding rules and variation tendency under various welding condition is of great significance.


       本文利用 有限元软件ANSYS 对FCB三丝埋弧焊 焊接过程 进行模拟,建立了 多丝埋弧焊 热源模型,并用ANSYS参数化 设计语言,即APDL语言 实现了 热流密度 移动 加载的算法,最终获得了 FCB埋弧焊 焊接温度场 分布情况,为焊接终端裂纹 的分析 提供了依据。
In this paper, using the software ANSYS, the welding process of FCB three wires submerged arc welding was successfully simulated, and many heat source models of multiple wire submerged-arc welding were established. In addition, with the application of ansys parameter design language (i.e.APDL language), it realized the algorithm for mobile loading of heat flux and eventually obtained the distribution of welding temperature field of FCB submerged-arc welding, providing basis for the analysis of cracks beside weld end.
