下面是编辑写给我的信，意思好像是期刊被转投到其他杂志了，可是我按照编辑说的网页并未找到他们给推荐的期刊，，只看到关于article transfer service的介绍，怎么办，头一次遇到这种情况，请大家帮帮忙 Ms. Ref.
