The cover picture should be eye-catching and graphically present the essence of or an important message from your contribution. For example, it could be a graphic from the article, a suitable combination of graphics from the article, or also a newly created graphic based on the content of the article. （1）应该不需要改了再投，校样时会修改的
（2）版权转让在网站上肯定是有的，实在找不到发个邮件咨询一下，有的杂志直接在网上确定就可以，有的是要手签的，就是打印出来手签后扫描成pdf格式再传过去
（3）不想花钱就写信委婉拒绝，个人觉得没必要

等给你发校稿时时改就可以 。在他们杂志网页找，肯定有的，要不就发邮件让他们给你发过来。
不要COVER 发个邮件SHUOYIXIA 就可以了
