（1）应该不需要改了再投，校样时会修改的
（2）版权转让在网站上肯定是有的，实在找不到发个邮件咨询一下，有的杂志直接在网上确定就可以，有的是要手签的，就是打印出来手签后扫描成pdf格式再传过去
（3）不想花钱就写信委婉拒绝，个人觉得没必要
