马普所疑似最终offer求分析已有10人参与

我主要有两个疑问： 1）这个算马普所的最终offer吗？没有任何细节？包括工资、开始时间、年限？ 2）接下来我直接和秘书定去的时间？让秘书寄工作合同？再开始申请签证？ 外导写给我的： I hope you had a safe trip back. Thank you for visiting the lab.
