马普所疑似最终offer求分析 已有10人参与

我主要有两个疑问： 1）这个算马普所的最终offer吗？没有任何细节？包括工资、开始时间、年限？ 2）接下来我直接和秘书定去的时间？让秘书寄工作合同？再开始申请签证？ 外导写给我的： I hope you had a safe trip back. Thank you for visiting the lab. We all very much enjoyed meeting you, and your talk was excellent. I would therefore like to offer you a postdoc position in the lab. I am happy to pay your salary while you are here, but will also help you write external fellowships. You may start any time you would like. We discussed a number of projects while you were in the lab. As you know, I think that the xxx is an extremely hot topic, but I am flexible when it comes to project assignments. Please let me know in writing which ones interested you the most.
