现在急需翻译一段文章,中译英。截止到今晚12点。 摘 要 木质纤维素转化燃料乙醇是近年来的研究热点。本文研究了木质纤维素酶法生产燃料乙醇的工艺优化,重点在于提高酶解效率及降低纤维素酶成本,具体包括以下几点内容: 纤维素酶性能表征研究:通过测定各种纤维素酶和半纤维素酶的滤纸酶活,纤维二糖酶活和蛋白含量,对酶的性能进行比较。 多酶辅配优化酶解的研究:鉴于木质纤维素的复杂组成,研究调整酶解中酶的种类带来的酶解效果变化。在玉米芯和秸秆体系中,比较了两种纤维素酶酶解效果,研究了在纤维素酶和纤维二糖酶中加入果胶酶或木聚糖酶对纤维素和半纤维素水解效率的影响,以及不同木聚糖酶酶量对酶解效果的变化情况。实验结果表明:多酶辅配对酶解效果的影响受底物种类、所用酶种和酶量的影响。果胶酶比木聚糖酶效果更好,较少的果胶酶即可很大程度上提高半纤维素水解效率。 酶的回收:为了提高酶的使用效率,降低酶使用成本,本文对于酶的回收再利用进行了研究。主要讨论了膜分离,固定化和重吸附三种酶回收方法,并对于重吸附做了尝试性试验,在试验中得到了比较好的回收效果。 关键词:木质纤维素,酶解效率,酶活,多酶辅配,酶回收 |

Abstract Wood cellulose into fuel ethanol is the research focus in recent years.
