请问IEEE CL camera-ready paper怎么搞 已有1人参与

文章接收了，是以latex格式提交的，现要求提交camera-ready paper，那请问 camera-ready paper怎么搞？需要把作者写上吗？（原来是Author 1，因匿名评审） 还需要加上下面的东西吗？ Manuscript received XXX.
