IEEE Communications Letters Rejected - Resubmission allowed 已有5人参与

IEEE CL刚返回了结果，Rejected - Resubmission allowed。 三个审稿人和editor都提了修改意见，看上去都挺棘手的，editor给的总评语是： This paper is well written, and the problem handled in this paper is interesting. However, as the reviewers mentioned, the novelty of the current paper is insufficient and the mathematical expressions are not concisely defined, which results in less convincing on the results claimed in this paper. Therefore, I am unable to recommend the acceptance of the paper. Hope the authors keep improving the work for possible future submission. 大家帮着看看，重投有戏么？ |
