请大家帮忙翻译下这个摘要，谢谢！ 用活性炭对鲤鱼酶解液脱苦处理后其ACE 抑制活性降低，用8 % 粉末状活性炭量处理3 h 后酶解液 ACE 抑制率下降达19.76 % 。粉末状活性炭处理后酶解液的OD220和OD280值下降显著，说明粉末状活性炭对酶解液中的氨基酸及肽类有较强的吸附性，这也是导致酶解液ACE 抑制率大幅下降的原因。实验结果证明用活性炭对酶解液进行脱苦处理既改善其呈味性能又保持较高的 ACE 抑制活性是不现实的。 |

| Inhibitory activity of ACE will be lower after the carp enzyme solution was debitterized by activated carbon. The inhibition rate dropped to 19.76 percent, the enzyme solution ACE was treaded by the 8 percent of active carbon powder for 3 h .The value of the enzyme OD220 and OD280 dropped significantly after treating with the active carbon powder, it present that the reasons of ACE enzyme inhibition decline remarkably,because that activated carbon powder have a stronger adsorption on the amino acids and peptides in the enzyme solution.Form the experimental results, it is no realistic that the enzyme solution was treated with the activated carbon,improving their debittering performance and maintaining a relatively high ACE inhibitors. |
