How to analyse the non-reducing products after acid hydrolysis of corn stover? 已有1人参与

After using acid to hydrolysis the corn stover, I have got a variety of carbohydrates, including a lot of polysaccharide which can not be analyse by DNS method, which process should I use to make these non-reducing products measurable by DNS? would Adding 4% H2SO4 and heated in 121℃ for 1 hour do the trick? or is there a better plan? thanks for reading this : ) |
