| 一月底投的Scientific report，过了快一个月才收到编辑发的分配文章编号的邮件，现在又过了8天一直是Manuscript under consideration，听说送审的话会发邮件通知，是不是这样啊，谢谢 |

you will receive on email saying your paper will be peer reviewed. Once you have the assigned number of your paper, the status will change to manuscript under consideration, however, it doesn't mean your paper have been sent to reviewers. What's your paper number? Then we can see how many papers SR have already received this year. |
