几个小问题：
1、主语部分说的是两件事，所以后面需要改动；
2、当今是否需要体现（这个不是很重要）；
3、faced用faces就好。

所以可以考虑：
Remote implementation of high range and azimuth resolutions and real-time imaging are the major challenges the radar imaging technology currently faces.

倒过来说也是可以的：
The major challenges the radar imaging technology currently faces are remote implementation of high range and azimuth resolutions and real-time imaging.
